Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the site or another user.

Pricing, quotes and orders

Prices shown on this site are estimates, not an offer to sell. Manufacturer suggested list pricing is indicative only. It excludes taxes, freight, installation, and options or add-ons unless a line explicitly says otherwise, and it assumes standard lead times and materials.

A binding price comes from a written quote issued by Wishbone. Quotes are valid only for the period stated on them and are subject to the terms recorded on the quote itself. Where a quote and this website disagree, the quote governs. We may correct pricing or specification errors, including after a configuration has been priced on the site.

Availability, lead times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed until confirmed on an order acknowledgement.

Product information, 3D previews and colour

We work to keep specifications, drawings and dimensions accurate, but product details change and errors happen. Do not rely on this site alone for construction, procurement or submittal decisions — confirm critical dimensions and specifications with us in writing.

3D models, augmented-reality previews and rendered images are visual approximations. On-screen colours are affected by your display and will not exactly match a physical finish; request a physical sample where colour matters. Recycled-content materials in particular vary in tone and texture between production runs, and that variation is a property of the material rather than a defect.

Content you upload

Project files, photographs, boards and notes you upload remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating the site and providing the features you are using — for example converting a CAD file into a 3D model, rendering a board, or sharing a board with someone you send a link to.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, and you agree not to upload:

• content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• confidential information you are not permitted to share;
• personal information about other people without a lawful basis;
• unlawful, harmful, deceptive or malicious content, including malware.

We may remove content that breaches these terms. If you share a board by link, anyone with that link can view it — treat share links as public.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site, including pricing, product data and images, whether manually or by automated means;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, or probe or test our security without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's operation, or place unreasonable load on it;
• use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, including by misusing the share and referral features;
• reverse engineer or copy the site's software, or use our content to train machine-learning models without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization.

Our intellectual property

The site and its content — including product designs, drawings, photography, 3D models, text, and the Wishbone name and logo — are owned by Wishbone Site Furnishings Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may download and print materials such as specification sheets and drawings for the purpose of specifying, purchasing or maintaining our products. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds third-party content, such as maps and videos. We do not control it and are not responsible for it, and your use of it is governed by that third party's own terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Nothing here limits any product warranty we give in writing with an order, or any rights you have under consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishbone and its directors, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the site — even if we have been advised such damages are possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wishbone harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you upload.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
