We pour our own.

Filmed on our floor at Wellington Foundry.

Our castings pour with every pound of reclaimed aluminum we can source.

The palette

182 standard colour combinations. See any you like?

Pick a coat, pick a board, and watch the bench take it. These are real renders from the catalog.

The coating, technically

Super Durable powder, no VOCs.

Where a standard polyester powder holds its gloss for about two years, our Super Durable TGIC polyester keeps more than half its original gloss for at least five, in South-Florida-grade exposure. And powder coating carries no VOCs.

Stage 1 · Degrease

A heated alkaline cleaner strips oils and contaminants before anything else happens.

Stage 2 · Etch

An aerated acid bath etches the metal and clears welding smoke from the substrate.

Stage 3 · Seal

E-CLPS, a chrome-free dried-in-place seal coat, bonds the powder and protects the metal under the film.
